usuka There's a couple ways to deal with this situation.
Take screenshots of incriminating behavior, and send them to email@example.com. It also helps to record details like what names they used (if they tend to change names). Especially the first name they entered with, as it is possibly a most frequented name. Hopefully the screenshots themselves will capture the behavior, but feel free to add in details of other things they may have done that you think is a bannable offence.
Report them, or have the host report them.
Make a room called "Help Admin", and one of us will come assist you if we are available. Typically we can reduce the room number to prevent re-entry. Otherwise, these types of users can be difficult to deal with, even for us. I highly suggest not reacting to them, since reactions is what keeps them entertained and returning to the room.
rose We can't always be attentive enough to respond directly after an IP was sent to us. Sometimes there will be a small turnaround time for tickets if we are not available. I'm sure it has been dealt with by now.
