Recently I saw an abundance of topics regarding anime suggestions, so I thought it was time to make an official post for people to give and take suggestions.

I'll start by listing some of my favourites:
- Berserk (The old 1990's version) Genre: Action, Adventure, Horror, Romance
- Mushi-Shi (Peaceful, yet creepy.) Genre: Adventure, Historical, Supernatural
- Mob Psycho 100 (The only comedy I enjoy.) Genre: Action, Comedy, Supernatural
- Monster (Oldie and forever goodie.) Genre: Psychological thriller, Drama, Mystery
- Attack on Titan (Had to do it.) Genre: Action, Super Power, Drama, Mystery
- Kabaneri of the Iron Fortress (Similar to AoT) Genre: Action, Super Power, Drama, Mystery
- Boku Dake ga Inai Machi (ERASED) Genre: Mystery, Psychological, Supernatural
- 91 Days Genre: Action, Drama, Historical
- Zankyou no Terror (Terror in Resonance) Genre: Psychological thriller, Mystery
- Kaiba (Very weird.) Genre: Mystery, Drama, Romance, Sci-Fi
- Kiseijuu (Parasyte -the maxim-) Genre: Action, Sci-Fi, Horror, Psychological, Drama
- Death Parade Genre: Psychological, Thriller, Game, Drama, Mystery
- Anything by Studio Ghibli.

I like a lot more, but I felt like these were most worth mentioning. As you can see, I like psychological thrillers.

New suggestion: Devilman: Crybaby R18+ Be aware, this anime is full of nudity and gore, more than you'd expect in an anime. However, the story is dark, enticing and somewhat unpredictable. I had to suggest it here for that reason!

Anime suggestions as of September 2018:

Boku no Hero Academia Genre: Action, Comedy, School, Shounen (I think we all know why this is here.)
Tenrou: Sirius the Jaeger Genre: Action, Historical, Supernatural, Horror (Decent story, beautiful animation.)
Banana Fish Genre: Action, Adventure, Drama (Decent story, beautiful animation.)

any anime suggestion where the mc starts weak and then gets underestimated by others, then he trains to be over-powered or something like that.
some examples are:
BNHA, HxH, naruto, blue exorcist, haikyuu, fairy tail, Seraph of the End, black clover and so.
I would prefer if the dubbed version is available too

Yuuki Hmm well, If I had to pick bungou stray dogs Is kinda like that? Season 3 recently came out too!^^ although, there's a lot to learn about the characters and specially when starting off for the first time, things might get out of hand on remembering each detail. the characters are amazingly attachable though!~

Yuuki I think you might like Tate no yuusha no nariagari, Danmachi, Deadman wonderland, Rakudai kishi no cavalry, Parasyte the maxim and Kuroko no baset but i don't know if they have dubs i watch only subs. I hope you'll like it

Wiki Ah, Hey. I’m sort of new here so this is my way of joining in(?) anyways, here I go!
If I had to suggest any anime comedy wise, I think The Disastrous Life of Saiki K. is an amazing anime. At first I didn’t really like it, but I sort of eased into the immature humor of it.
It honestly made me laugh, and the tropes are really well done. 😀

ashikura I recommend you Yamada-kun to 7-nin no majo, Tonari no kaibutsu-kun, Ookami shoujo to kuro ouji, kaguya-sama love is war, Seishun buta yarou wa bunny girl senpai and maybe Ookami to koushinryou.

Serial Experiments Lain is a cerebral, psychological, philosophical, meditation on the relations amongst person, society, reality, creativity,,. The stills, the animation, the dialogue, the music, everything fits the essence of the show perfectly, but almost every still is dry, but subtle and matching the essence of the moment, almost every sequence of animation is listless, almost inanimate, but matching the essence of the motions emphasized thus. Because of this excruciating taste by the animators, some people have found it difficult to watch. The music is Impeccably composed and performed. It is safe to ignore the semi-primary (the psycho-stretch-ware released contemporaneously) and secondary (artbooks,,) official resources, they are nice, however.
