Abaxvahl Depends on the types of ban. That one particularly stays for a month, unless it is reapplied, then it's everlasting. Alternatively you can appeal the ban using the e-mail address provided above.

Back to your question, if I were you, I would simply ban them again and again and ignore them.

Dontworryaboutit Oh, thank you very much. I can't take full credit for how the moderation team works, the other members are really nice people too. I just happen to be the most active at the moment, especially here on the forums. I have a deep respect for @akakoori as well, for not only being very kind and level-headed, but also for his hard work in the programming side of things. He really does a lot lately.

Him and I both check the forums periodically to make sure everything important gets answered, so I can guarantee you he will read this as well as me. I really do appreciate that you took the time to write such nice words though. Helps lift the spirit.

Levi That sounds like you are trying to be humble...! Whether it's in the moment or not, you are here and they aren't. They are probably doing helpful things somewhere else but right now, on the forums, where people are supposed to go when they need help...! you're here! Hello! There's a group of users that enjoy trolling my rooms whenever I open them. Who should I talk to to get them banned? Or at least like, prevent them from interacting with my room.

usuka There's a couple ways to deal with this situation.

Take screenshots of incriminating behavior, and send them to support@drrr.com. It also helps to record details like what names they used (if they tend to change names). Especially the first name they entered with, as it is possibly a most frequented name. Hopefully the screenshots themselves will capture the behavior, but feel free to add in details of other things they may have done that you think is a bannable offence.
Report them, or have the host report them.
Make a room called "Help Admin", and one of us will come assist you if we are available. Typically we can reduce the room number to prevent re-entry. Otherwise, these types of users can be difficult to deal with, even for us. I highly suggest not reacting to them, since reactions is what keeps them entertained and returning to the room.

rose We can't always be attentive enough to respond directly after an IP was sent to us. Sometimes there will be a small turnaround time for tickets if we are not available. I'm sure it has been dealt with by now.

Regarding the posting of personal info, does this only refer to the doxxing of others, or does it prohibit us from posting our own personal details and/or photographs as well?

Nahtaxara Doxxing of others or simply releasing others' information. The information you, yourself, regarding yourself, choose to release is entirely up to your own jurisdiction.

Holy_JPineApple Typically it's anywhere from ASAP to 3 days, in which we try to respond.

The 403 error is an automatic ban given to those who may be spamming the site. It is lifted automatically after an hour.

Typically: Other chat sites, or other advertising which serves one's own interests (i.e. one's own youtube channel), or advertising of questionable content. Especially if you're just logging into rooms to paste a link and leave. It's best to check in with a moderator or administrator, or post on the forum to ask if it's ok, before proceeding with any actual advertising.

Ren If you've read the rules, you'd see written at the bottom that you can have your friend send an e-mail to our support team. It is likely a rule was broken, considering bans do not happen for no reason. Thanks!

Izaya_Orihara11650 Don't worry. Izaya is a character from an anime, anyone is free to use the name of an anime character. We won't assume anyone is trying to impersonate the admin, unless they literally go around saying they are him.
